Just wondering with Samsung SCH-W880

I have just seen the specifications of Samsung SCH-W880.
What a huge phone?
I was thinking this dual major applications in one device. A high end camera and high end mobile.
When i come to know this happened really i just wondered.
Features:
- 800×400 pixel touch screen
- 12 mega pixel camera with 3X zoom
- DivX video player support
- HD video recording (amazing clarity)
You feel ‘No Wi-Fi(WLAN) and No FM’ as disadvantages.
